After having been a member of plenty of gyms in my life, this is without a doubt the most personal, motivating, comfortable and pretty little gym there is. The instructors are so dedicated to teaching you to work better and harder without intimidation. And keeping the classes interesting and fresh. There is such a sense of comradery among the members (well the gals anyway). Equipment is plenty and kept in perfect order. I LOVE THIS GYM!!
