On my own I researched and researched until I found a product called DERMAGIC simply a peppermint shampoo and conditioner once a month and then a daily rubdown of her coat with.a rescue lotion. My.dog today after 8 months has the most beautiful coat you have ever seen. Please reference PETPOM online my beautiful dog is one of the dogs features in the story regarding Black skin disease. Dr Wen probably had good intentions but it was useless and a waste of time.

Was recommended to Dr Wen for my minature Poms terrible hair loss black skin (alopecia). Very disappointed in the results as we gave my little Joli a combination of 2 herbal remedies that did absolutely nothing in helping my poor dog. Even after a full year and a half nothing no hair grew at all.

I brought my Cavalier to Dr. Wen for a neck injury. I was extremely happy with his care, his bedside manner and the fees were reasonable. I drive an hour to get to his office and it is worth the trip.

I have been going here for years! I have 3 dogs and we had to sadly put one down 4 years ago. The dog I put down had a prolonged life because of Dr. Wen and he had to put him down finally after one year. The day I brought him in his staff up front was so rude and uncaring of the situation. They could care less at all to be honest. for the next 4 years up until a few months ago I brought my 2 other dogs and my new puppy. All was fine but I started to notice that he really did not say much or really care that much about their well being. I have an 11 year old shih zhu and noticed for about one year that she was not losing weight and was really slowing down. She had an enlarged belly and I was worried. I kept asking him to check her out. He did not so anything., She started to cough and hack daily as well. He says it is allergies and gave me herbs. after 2 months nothing changed. He did not do a thing.... Finally after almost one year I tell him we need an xray...Am I the vet now??? Turns out she has a collapse trachea. After that, we had a cyst removed and after that, she could not walk...I was really confused so I call the office He did not even look at her and tells me to give her an aspirin!! I bring her in 2 weeks later and tell him she cannot walk...he says well she is to FAT!!! Who says that?? That was it!! I took her to Peace Love Pets in Commack and $1000 later she has severe hip dysplasia, bad joints and an Adrenal Tumor! Possible a bronchial disease! SO he did not even care to look at all of it and now she is running again!! I am still looking for a good holistic vet who uses essential oils.

Staff was very supportive while having to deal with euthinizing my lab after a serious of seizures and a stroke. Even went above and beyond by mailing us a sympathy card with my JJs paw print. RIP my handsome boy.

Dr Wen is a caring and compassionate vet. He diagnosed and treated issues with both my dogs and cats that no one else could. I can't thank him enough for all he's done for my pets!
